I want an item but it shows out of stock, do you restock items often?

Unfortunately May Max Fashion does not restock items but you may reach out to our customer service department via chat now option on the far right of the page.

I am an international customer, I do not know how much I will be charged for the item?

No worries. May Max Fashion has an international currency converter found on the top of the page. Please choose the specified country currency and it will provide your desired currency.

By any chance your currency is not listed please reach out to our customer service department and we will be glad to add the currency you desire.

What payment options do you receive?

May Max Fashion accepts a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, and Paypal, Store Credit in the form of an E-coupon or E-Gift Card.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We at May Max Fashion strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. You may change your order before it has gone through the checkout process. Unfortunately we are unable to modify your order once it has been processed. 

Is your site secure?

Yes, all payment information is encrypted via a SSL secure network. Please look for the secure https: on the site address bar.

Do I have to become a member to place an order?

You don't have to be a member to place an order, but it would be a good idea! It helps us to contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once the item(s) has been shipped, it will take between 2 - 4 business days within the USA and it will take between 7 - 21 days international. Shipping may be delayed depending on your country's customs.

How do I know if my package has been shipped and is on its way?

Once your order has been placed, you receive a email confirmation. Once we ship out the item we will send a second email regarding the shipment with the tracking number. You may track your package here.

My tracking information shows my package has been delivered, but I never received it.

May Max Fashion provides customers with the option to track their packages. If the information states delivered but you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service and ask for assistance. Reach USPS here or call 1 (800) 222-1811 for assistance. We will try our best to assist you, but May Max Fashion does not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to file a claim.
